Refund & Cancellation Policy

GoFinicky SmartSchool refund and cancellation policy. 14-day free trial, 7-day refund window for annual plans, monthly billing terms.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to GoFinicky SmartSchool, operated by Yuvaasoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

1. Free Trial

SmartSchool offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. No charges are applied during the trial period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial, your account will be paused and no amount will be billed.

2. Paid Subscriptions

SmartSchool subscriptions are billed per student, either annually or monthly.

Annual billing: Payment is collected upfront for the full year.
Monthly billing: Payment is collected at the start of each billing month.

3. Refund Eligibility

Annual subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of payment and have not actively used the platform beyond initial setup, you may request a full refund. Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a refund. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Monthly subscriptions: Monthly payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the current billing month. No partial refunds are issued.

4. What Is Not Refundable

• Payments made after the initial 7-day window on annual plans
• Monthly subscription fees once the billing period has started
• Smart Alert add-on charges once the service has been activated for the billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

Email info@gofsmartschool.com from the registered email address of your school administrator.

Include: School name, registered email, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
We will respond within 3 business days.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@gofsmartschool.com or through your account settings.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not trigger a refund for the current paid period unless the request falls within the 7-day window for annual plans.
